Small dwellings built of straw, wood poles, bamboo and string known as chozas, are typical to the area of La Janda, Cádiz. The Choza Pequeña consists of three rooms with a rainproof terrace for al fresco dining. The country-cottage style kitchen has an armchair and small dining area. This leads to a large double bedroom with a handcrafted wooden bed (as well as a single sofa-bed) and ensuite bathroom. It has plenty of wardrobe space and two small wooden windows, one with a beautiful view onto the pine-hooded dunes.
There’s lots of alternative lifestyle appeal to this property, and with two entrances - one from the terrace into the kitchen; the other off the bedroom leading to a patio that is shared with La Chozita (the studio choza next door) – it’s also a good option for couples travelling together.
