The Casa del Sol is part of the old remodelled farmhouse. It is made up of the Casita del Medio and the Estudio del Madroño which makes it perfect for friends or couples travelling together who want to retain a little privacy. They both have an independent bathroom, kitchen with washing machine, and living area with wood burning stove. They share a shady courtyard for getting together at mealtimes, for drinks, and lazing in the Mexican Hammock.

Combined the Casa del Sol becomes a spacious, light-filled two-bedroom house built around a traditional Andalucian courtyard. It comprises of one double bedroom with a pretty, arched window and an en suite bathroom with a white marble top and glass brick shower. The living room opens directly onto the courtyard, which is partly shaded by an old grape vine in the summer.

From the courtyard here you gain access to the Estudio del Madroño´s living space. This has a wooden mezzanine with a double bed and a south-facing window with beautiful views to the countryside and a blue tiled wet-room bathroom. This part of the house also has a private terrace and a pair of leafy trees for hanging your Mexican hammock.

The patio is for the Casa del Sol’s exclusive use and there is a window and door that gives onto the patio from the Casa del Monte.  They do have their own entrance and terrace on the other side of the house.
